They normally do not have daily cleaning coz it is people\'s house that they rent out as \'bed and breakfast\'. But you can send message to the owner and ask if they can provide cleaning service and the cost.
The price showing there is what the owner charge. And the website \'airbnb\' do charge a service charge of using their website on top.
But for me it is still cheap and more comfortable than stay in hotel. Last month I went to Europe with my 6mths boy, the apartments with kitchen are better than hotel room for me. They have kitchen and living room if you choose the whole apartment one.
