Need help. Appreciate if JM can help to give opinion.
Currently have a Philippine helper who will sneak downstairs for a smoke everyday and she is lazy in her housework eg The milk bottles often have milk stains and she will do housework for ages - caught playing with her phone or dozing off while pretending to do housework. The house is always dusty….
However, she treats my kid patiently and play with him. Can see that she dotes and like him, although she was caught on the camera for chatting on the phone for an hour while playing with him …
Will JM let her stay or leave? I heard many horror stories of how the helper treated the kid they took care of.
My kid is 4 yrs old. I have an adult at home as well to look after my kid. That's y she always find all sort of excuses to go downstairs. Only realise it when I found a pack of cigarette in her bag she always carry around....
But she is really a good baby sitter that I found hard to get after employing so many helpers
