我懷疑我工人愉野, this Monday is my son b-day, so he received many red packets and cash coupon from Sogo, Mannings and Waston fromr elatives and friends.

I put all in my drawer and today forgot to lock it when I feed the baby in the living room.

then, today, I count the red packet and cash coupon. I found lost 2 red packets and the wholeWaston cash coupon evenlop.

I try to search the maid drawer when she went to buy food. but I found than she locked her lugguage bag. Can I ask her to unlock and check??

Any advice??

If I were you, I absolutely will ask her to open her luggage bag. Tell her the truth that you found you lost some red packets and explained that as nobody came your home before, so you have to check everywhere, otherwise, you will call the police to investigate. See see her response.

如果你好肯定唔見左,
梗係開佢啦,
如果佢話唔得,咪即刻報警囉.
但若果搜唔到,都即刻報警,
攪大件事,等佢知道事態嚴重.

另一方面,自己要提高警覺.
唔好俾佢下次有機會得手.

well, the problem is, only she and me and my son in the house for these few days. i put all the red packets and coupons in the same drawer. then, in this morning , i asked her to tidy up my room and clean it. then, i bring the baby out the room and feed him.

In this afternoon, i try to count the money and found the pack of coupons and some red packets are lost.

So, I try to ask her went out to buy food and check her drawer. of course, nothing in her drawer but she locked her luggage bag.

If I ask her to open it but nothing was found, then, how? (she just came for 3 months). IT may spoil the relationship and I need to rely her to take care my son when I go to work.........

If yes, of course, I will fire her....

Really dono what I should do. if she want to hide the $$ and coupon, she will have her own way.... sign.......

工人出過街, 都運走左d coupons 放起朋友度啦。

我係你, 會同工人講唔見左d coupons, 叫工人幫手搵出黎, 否則30分鐘後會報警。 睇下工人醒唔醒水扮搵到比番你, 但你就要有心理準備炒個工人。

I kept her mobile ka wor.. so, she may not be able to pass the coupon...

ar, almost $2,000 wastons coupon and plus few red packets. if $100 per packet also a thousand la.

I dont want to suspect her but I really have no other way to lost it. the coupons never taken away from the drawer!

I already note that we always lost some coins from my son's little saver. But, as it is few conis, and no mark, i keep ask myself not to suspect her.

but this time, the whole waston coupon evenlop is gone!

I think, when she stole the red packets, she think the coupons pack are red packet too..

我覺得你還是叫她開行你給你看,你同她說家內只有你和她及bb,現在不見了錢,為表她的清白,必須給你看她的行李.如不肯則報警.因為在你心中已覺得她有偷,如不弄清楚,之後不開心就不好了.另如放一個小偷在家內也不好.但你找多一個人在家時才叫她開給你看,始終得你和bb

yes... i will ask her to open and search it... but it is also right, 2 days already after my son b-day, if she planned to steal it, the $$ is gone already.....

update...

I asked her to open the luggage bag as I pretend thto help her and check if she has enoughspace for winter clothes or we may need to buy her a new bigger bag.

there is nothing..

sign, only did not lock the drawer once and coupons and red packects are gone.. it is my fault.........:-(

Don't blame yourself la. Imagine that you withdrew $1000 from ATM but forgot to collect the money and then you left. Should the one lining up behind you take the money away? Of course not!!!! It is your fault that you forgot to collect the money but it does not imply that anyone can take away your money. It's crime!!! You can lock your money into the drewer. What about the, milk, noodle, clothes, pillow, bedsheet? Can you keep and lock it in your drewer?

By the way, to minimize your lose at the moment, remember to keep your wallet, pocket well locked eg.during meal time when all of you are in the dinning room. I am an victim. When my ex-maid was arrested by the police, I spoke to her that " I am very disappointed with you. I treat you so well but you trick me and abuse my trust and kindness!!!!!!!"

樓主, 揾清楚未架! 一陣原來係其它人拿了or自己放錯地方, 咁屈左個工人, 分分鐘跳樓都有知! 肯定冇錯既話, 肯定係工人偷的話, 你一開聲, 就冇彎轉架啦! 偷左就一定死都唔認的, 你最好先心平氣和同佢講, 你肯定係佢偷, 叫佢立刻攞返出黎, 唔攞就立刻報警, 但佢攞唔攞出黎, 結果都係要炒佢的. 如果佢攞返出黎, 你叫佢自動辭職, 報返一個月錢比你, 你準備定封辭職信比佢簽, 準備定機票比佢, 唔自動辭職就報警, 要做就要快啦!
