My previous maid resigned and I found this maid from Internet. But after starting work, I found her does not like to take care of children. I found my boy was being alone at his bedroom and she went to do the washing. My previous maid always play with them until they go to sleep and then go back to do the washing. I feel quite sorry to my children as I choose such maid.

Don't feel upset, just hire the other maid will solve this problem.

my pervioius maid also have this problem, she don't like play with him and talk to him, she only washing, cleaning and stay at kitchen a long long time.

I think her work only cleaning NOT take care my son.

when i find this problem and i think her personality just like that, i can't accept her so i fired her when the new maid is comming.

其實你可直接同工人講,她必須得到你兒子的喜愛,你才會繼續騁用她,因她始終初到你家,有很多僱主是十分注重家內是否清潔,你同她講清楚.因她不知道你的想法.不用不開心,你叫她多同你的兒子玩,待小朋友休息才去做每一天必須做的工作.

Thanks for your comforting. My husband told me to wait until my previous mail can come back and then fire this one if she still does not improve. But right now I am not feeling comfortable to leave her and the children alone at home. Sometimes my baby cried at the room when she is working, she will keep working and ignore her. Honestly speaking, her housework is more acceptable than my previous maid but I cannot accept her to ignore my and children's feeling.

I talked to her already but she told me she could do by telling her to do. Looking for a good maid really drived me crazy as I want my maid to take leave on weekdays and most of the maids do not want to. I was being choosen rather choose the maid.

Exactly, my prervous ,maid just like that i also not willing leave her and my son alone at home , i think my son will feel borning and lonley. Once time, she bring my son to playgroup, my son crying loudly and running nose but she no any response just standing and dreaming. the teacher told me yr maid don't care yr son.

I try to teach her to play with him but i find she 完全唔識 and no heart to my son.

So i and my husband 100% decide to fire her.

那同她講如你真的不能和我的兒子相處,我也很歉意,你是否不想繼續在這處工作,如是我只有給你一個月通知,我其實很想繼續請你,但我的兒子如2年也不開心,我是不能接受.
