U can either go to an office of Imm Dept with your BB (there are centres in Shatin and Fotan) OR you can submit your application by mail and collect the documents with your BB, both ways are fine. If u decide to go there with your BB, u better make an advance booking thru' email or telephone so as to secure a time slot of your application. Otherwise, u have to quene up early in the morning !
