my baby had rash on his face 2 weeks ago. my mom said it was caused by the breastmilk on his face that was not thoroughly cleansed. so i use floral water to wipe his face after each feeding and apply aqueous cream after that. it was clear after 3/4 days.
floral water can be bought in wing hing chemical co. and aqueous cream can be bought in watson's or mannings.
