之前POST過, 現在仲未解決,現CHANGE 去中文方便大家看..

工人來了4個月, 第一次來香港, 都算聽話, 表面看來肯做.THOUGH 做得是慢D. 好像人都老實. 例如, 我買了生果回來, 而她又知道價錢時,/叫她幫我買時,她會告訴我WHERE 平D. 暫時冇5見$...她剛來到已經說好了規矩, 當然有說明不可偷竊.
有一天, 她去了街市,我心血來潮,想看看她有冇偷我D嘢, SO開她櫃看, 點知有驚人的東西看見…..我看見我的:

1.
一條很CHEAP的, 拾的錬.
我之前放在食飯枱上, 細佬問我要不要,(工人在附近聽到), 我說不要了, 很CHEAP. 細佬說不好掉, 他要.
我在工人回來時問她去了?, 她說在我櫃裡, 她扮找, 當然找不到…我說你找到便給我, 過了1分鐘後,她說找到…

我當時不應該給她樓梯落的, 很後悔….
2.一粒香口…我食開的EXTRA. 我知她没食這的習慣, 而且00舍舍一粒, 很懷疑是我.
3.記事本的紙, 很細本個種, 她偷了我一些…記事本是放在我自己一個櫃裡,而個櫃是在她瞓的房裡.平時屋企人要拎我個度D嘢都問過我先.

現在想請教大家以下問題:
1.
錬個度是否不好再提呢? 我又好想給她知, 我知她偷竊
2.
我屋企人話, 下次不要再揾她的東西看, 因為她可以反咬我一口, 話5見嘢, 上警局我吃虧….但我又諗, 如果5這麼做, 我又點知她偷竊?我都知揾她的東西看是不太好….(我也不喜歡別人這麼做)
3.
你又有冇CHECK工人嘢的習慣?如果工人鎖住D嘢, 咁MEI她偷MUD 都5知?其實好不好工人一來就同她協議, 要間中突擊檢查她的東西?
3. 記事本的紙應該如何話她呢?
4. 仲應不應該信她呢? 當我知道她偷嘢時, 我諗緊, 之前我咁信她,給錢買菜, 冇單, 她有冇呃我?
以後仲好不好叫她買餸呢?
AI…….我好像因為這事很不開心, 簡直不敢相信看到的, 有出賣的感覺….

Maybe she is a little bit greedy only, not really steal things. Since it seemed that you did not want to keep the 鍊 any more, she just wanted to keep it and so she picked it.

As for the memo paper, she might think they were something she could use. Unless you told her expressly not to use it, otherwise I don't think she stole it. Just like you have bought some good and beautiful toilet paper and she takes one roll for her own use in her room. You can say she steals it if you have told her not to use it. Otherwise there might be some misunderstanding to her, and she assumes she can use.

Maybe next time if you do not want her to take something, just tell her specifically the items. And also if you sometimes do not want to keep something such as old necklace or purse or t-shirt, you may consider giving them to her as "gift", she might be very happy with it.

I think some maids would pretend to be stupid when they do something in their favour, but in general, they do not have the wisdom to deal with things properly, no matter for the reason they are greedy or lazy. Anyway, they have very low education level and 品格 as well.

I think you must be careful! She is quite greedy. She just has come to work for a few months, she kept your belonging without asking you. In my point of view, she should obtain your permission before she kept those things.Especially you have told her at the early of the beginning. Anyway, be careful of your expensive property and money.

在她sleep的房內,有放我自己東西的櫃, 只放自己的東西.
d memo paper 我收好了在內!!好明顯是偷來我櫃的東西用!

至於錬, brother 說會收好, 當時她在旁聽到我說不要 ,亦同時聽到brother 說會收好...so, 冇理由只聽到我說不要.
memo 不是貴,但我一諗起她夠膽從我櫃偷嘢---一個只放我的東西的櫃, (家中的人要拎我個度的東西都問過我先), 就想到她的貪心, 就好怒她!!!我也不會擅自拎她的東西用la!:tongue:

如果是你們, 會不會怒?

cheap ching , cheap ching, cheap ching!

細時偷針,大時偷金!平日做得ok,印象都大打折扣!工人都是小心d好, 信十成會死.

totally understand your case. well, I think you should explicitly tell your maid that whenever she takes anything from you or your family member (even you threw away!), she should ask first.

maids are greedy in general.. probably coz' they seldom get to see anythings we have in their lives?! my maid is good in doing housework & taking care of my bb so far.. however, also have the bad habbit of taking things from the household... I even found she picked some empty comestic case from the rubbish can of mine........................ even though I already threw it away.. but I felt uncomfortable and disguisting when I found out she actually pick it up from the rubbish can. feel like those "doggie team" searched those big Star's rubbish... even I already threw those things out.. doesn't mean I don't mind people searching my rubbish lor................

yes, I agreed with you... checking out their room is necessary... afterall, they "search" our stuffs daily... My maid can tell where my stuffs are even I never ever tell her....

It's always this kind of small stuffs that make us couldn't really trust them... I won't even search my husband's drawers... I don't understand what makes her think that she can search ours?!?!?!

I think your maid is so '大膽'to search your cupboard. I think you must tell her not to open your cupboard. If next time she knows your things so clear, just ask her why she knows. you have asked her not to open it already!
P.S. you have habit of searching her things and room also?

otally understand your case. well, I think you should explicitly tellyour maid that whenever she takes anything from you or your familymember (even you threw away!), she should ask first.

-->1st 日已經有份rule有一項清潔話明:
'Don't take or steal employer, even for a short while'
是人的話, 都不會開人櫃, 拎人嘢ba?!

yes.. I asked why she knows.. she said she knows it when she was cleaning the room. And I already told her in day 1 that don't touch anything in our workroom except vaccum and mopping the floor..........but then she tried to organized the room .. and take some of the things to the storage room! so i had to tell her again.

however, seems like they will forget things easily... no matter what we tell her on day 1 or things told her a month ago.. eventually, they will jsut forget... so, we just need to keep reminding her and keep checking.

她1st time 來港,初頭見她ok聽話, 暫冇5見$...而且我叫她買生果, 她會話我知去街市會平d, 我叫她哪裡平便買...覺得她ok好, 5貪心.做嘢5是very clean, 但肯做.有d放心...
但自從我發現她偷memo paper, 5知dim解, 我對她起戒心. 她剛問我買d士多啤梨多少$, 我是$8,她話$10...我當堂諗,她是否特登話我知, 等我信她!

見到她都有d5舒服感覺, 怒她.....
dim好呢????

memo paper諗住過2日間接問她,請問有什麼意見?

or我想太多?memo, cheap的錬,一粒香口珠, 收埋一包餅(可能她有日早餐冇食, so收埋).不是貴.

我嗰個初初嚟都有攞我啲面油紙用, 我喺佢房見到同一牌子o既, 10幾蚊包我諗佢唔捨得買啩!

我冇問佢, 但就喺我放面油紙個盒度寫咗張mark數紙, 我每攞咗一包就寫返個數, 佢洗廁所時一定會見到, 自始我冇再見佢用面油紙, 又唔見佢用另一個牌子o既面油紙, 不過而家我都好小入佢房check嘢lu.

你要同佢講你發現左佢攞你D野即係等同偷野~ 你要警告佢唔好再有下一次~ 因偷野係刑事~ 雖然唔係D咩貴野~ 再有下一次你會報警處理~ 同埋會即刻FIRE佢~ 要佢清楚知道有幾嚴重~
同佢講: 如果佢有咩需要又唔係太貴的話, 你可以買俾佢OR俾佢都得~ 唔得偷...

咁同佢講, 希望佢唔會再有下次啦~

100% agreed.
All of my ex-maid and even current maid stole my things. e.g. coins, facial products, food, toys, accessories.......
When I found out, I will question the maid and let her know that employer notice everything she does, good or bad, and give her one chance lor. If happen again, sorry la, she has to go home lah.
