my bb is only 7-month old, I spoke to my colleagues in japan and found:
1. you cannot get baby food at convinent store like lawson. instead, you can find them in drug store like Matsumoto Kiyoshi. you can find those instant baby food. you can heat up the pouch by hot water or put them into microwave.
