I live in 鑽石山星河明居. My flat can see the swimming pool and garden. If you live in Flat 1/2/3/5 over 35/floor is a sea view, It is very good place to live.
If compare with new building, it is not too much. swimming pool for outside, tennis court, reading room, function room, small playing room for children. But their management fee is very cheap HK$893 as 751 sqt
If you choose 751sqt for number 1 (lower) about 350million. I think you better check with www.midland.com. Anyway, 交通方便 is very important. When you have a small children.
