即系幾多號上工，1月1日？如果吾系，我覺得無必要特登就出糧期系由每月嘅1 號到月尾 lor，第日完約計人工又要煩 gar ﹝純屬個案意見﹞
工人系以月薪計，吾使理佢果個月系 29 日 or 30 日 or 31 日。
而每日人工計法就系：$3480 x 12 * 365 = $115
工人放左 7 & 9 Feb 08﹝$115 x 2 = $230﹞，
then 2 月份出糧：$3480 - $230 = $3250
﹝不過如果佢系 overseas 工人就要還 $3000，得番 $250，所以我會用另一個方法，咪當醒下佢 lor ﹞
叫工人簽收，包括假期﹝當佢放開星期日﹞，就 mark 低： total 6 holidays taken by the maid，include：4 rest days﹝3/2/08，10/2/08，17/2/08 & 24/2/08﹞and 2 statutory holidays﹝7/2/08 & 9/2/08﹞，for 8/2/08 statutory holiday will be take on Easter Holiday﹝xxx﹞ and agree with XXXX﹝工人個名﹞ on xxxxx﹝通知工人嘅日期﹞。
Total 4 holidays taken by the maid，include：3 statutory holidays﹝7/2/08，8/2/08 & 9/2/08﹞，but no pay，and 1 rest day ﹝3/2/08﹞，for the other 3 rest days ﹝10/2/08，17/2/08 & 24/2/08﹞agree with XXX to worked for our family and extra salary of $345 ﹝3 days x $115 ﹞was included in the payment of Feb 08﹝i.e. total $3480 for the month﹞。
