I have the similar situation as you....
Work in a small trading company, 2 girls, over 30, U grad and no luck to get a job in buying office or large firm, good boss, quite good pay (I believe)+ bonus + double pay, no heavy work load, off at 5:00p.m. but no alternative on Sat, etc....
I am also thinking to find a new job or change career as I am afraid I will be too old to find a new job years later:;pppp:
for me - will stay but mean while, no harm to look for new job especially after the chinese new year..
if good opporunity - go and try out lor, otherwise, wait till the package come...
