URGENT! My maid stole money, but she don't admit now. She told me to call police. What should I do ?

Po Po put the money in two bags and go back her own home. But she find that money in two bags disappear , about $3000+, the maid only worked for us for 5 days

$3000 都真係唔少, 不過無證據, 好難告佢, 你要小心個工人, 多D提防, 下次(TOUCH WOOD唔好彩)一定要人贓俱獲

But we already 反面，she is so inch to tell us to call police. We are waiting for the agency reply. She also dely in front of the agency.

I think it is not easy to charge her because po po go out before. What should I do? It seems that call police is not very useful. any advice?
