我第一胎35週開始有, 到37週緊急開刀生阿仔出黎.
而家胎第二胎30週 so far ok. 我聽醫生講,我上次係極嚴重,要入icu半個月先出院,所以今次再有既機會大約有25%. 而家我陀第二胎, 醫院好小心睇住我既情況,我係醫院要睇普通產科,產內科同埋心臟科. 佢地一個月要我去覆一次診, 有咩事都可以快d知. 平時飲食要低盬,日日都要check 血壓, 一有水腫唔消就好去睇醫生喇. 據我所知, 上一胎有,今次未必會有,因為次次懷孕都唔同既.

我上胎28WEEKS緊急開刀，今胎現在33WEEKS，暫時一切正常。

i am too worried if my second pregnancy will have 妊娠毒血症 :( This time i am fortunate enough as my baby is 31 weeks. I am so scared if next time my baby is less than 28 months...that will be too dangerous for the baby..:(

May I know what's you age (above 35 / below 35?) when you have 2nd baby? is age affect the chance of havng 妊娠毒血症?

according to the books I read~
1st pregnancy has a higher rish than the subsequent pregnancy.
on average, it's around 10%, but it's around 30% for 1st pregnancy~
if you had pre-eclampsia in the 1st, wont add any additional risk to the subsequent ones.

I am planning to have another kid too.. may be one year later after my blood pressure become stable... I have another factor (hypertension) which make me high risk on the subsequent pregnancies.

28w就做手術出世,甘你同bb住左幾耐醫院呀,身體好嗎?我本身有血壓高都好怕會有呢個病,影響bb

no one knows the reason...

i was fine at week 29...and suddenly 妊娠毒血症 shocked me at week 30...and i had to give birth to my baby at week 30 4 day when the high blood pressure sot up to 190/100. Dr also dont k now why it happens..

I got pre-eclampsia as well and my daughter was born 6 weeks ago at week 30 with weight of only 2.2 lbs.

I went to have an ultrasound check at week 26 and the doctor told me that the size of my baby was small than the norm. I tried to eat and rest more and my weight increased by 8 lbs in 4 weeks. I went to see the doctor again at week 30. It was found that I've got high blood pressure, swelling and there was proteins in my urine. I was asked to to go the hospital for a detailed check. The result showed that I've got serious pre-eclampsia and I have to give birth to my baby immediately by C-section.

My baby is still in ICU now but his weight is only 4 lbs. Worry much about his situation. Can anyone share more with me? Is there any problem that my son will probably meet?

我想問仲有咩病徵呀, 因為我完全感覺唔到有咩唔舒服

我 31w 去檢查時先驗到有蛋白尿, 姑娘又話我心跳偏快...
若下次再係咁就要問醫生意見
醫生就叫我驗尿, 兩個禮拜先有報告睇
但問佢會唔會對 bb 有影響, 同埋有咩要注意就淨係答
睇o左報告先...

搞到我依家好忐忑不安, 究竟仲會有咩病徵呀

check your blood pressure. if you have 蛋白尿 and at the same time you have high blood pressure (more than 140/90), that you have 妊娠毒血症.

蛋白尿 will have swollen feet.
high blood pressure will have: blur vision, heahache, dizziness, gastric, feel like puking. But some ppl will not have these symptoms even they have high blood pressure.

Better buy a blood pressur emachine to check on you own everyday.

if blood pressure becomes to high..you will go into coma. You life will be at risk...the baby also will be at risk.

no for me.. only after I admitted to hospital for bed rest when bp was 212/121

我都係,上胎係政府醫院, 就算血壓高到150/100都冇藥比我食, 又係BED REST, 佢衰到冇叫我食低鹽食物, 結果血壓在1星期升到去220/120要緊急開刀. 而家我睇緊一個心臟科醫生, 佢話如果血壓高可以食藥控制架, 唔使擔心.
