我剛剛都同老公傾開呢個樓盤, 都有d心郁想買. 除左呢個, 我地心水既盤仲有豫苑同光明臺(大坑).

睇go home既網, 學士臺住戶對屋苑既評分唔差噃.

I got friends who live in academic terrace and Euston court seperately but just for few months.

I guess the transportation around academic terrace is more convenient and at least had bus to tst/mongkok/prince edward..... but in Euston crt isn't and the price is higher than in Academic Terrace... i think is over $6000/ft (not worth in that area). I prefer to buy a brandnew or more recent new flat. Euston Court is 19 yrs already. Although same as Academic Terrace
