My husband and I switched fund choice in August. They sold the units on the day the market plummeted and bought back the new funds a week later when all prices have gone up.
We sent in the instructions on the same date but my husband's policy and my policy were executed on different days - his on Friday and mine on Tuesday. So I lost money because of that.
Our agent only wants to sell us new policy and keep adding on new features - no intention to review policy content and fund choice with us. She sold 2 critical illness policies to my husband!
