Hi, Can you tell me how to stop brest feeding. I used to pump it out and I tried to stop pump it from yesterday. However, it was blocked and very painful. I ate piegon, drink black bean and used "Yeah Choi" to put on the brest. The milk still producing and comes out. How can I stop it without painful. Can you tell me Please.......help...:-( very urgent. The nurse say that pump 1-2 oz when I feel painful and unacceptable. I did but I am wounder it won't stop producing the milk and get the painful time become longer and longer. It is very tough to start brestfeeding and even stop. I am very pround to every mother who is brest feeding. Add oil to every mother. But for myself I feel very upset..................

Dear Yanlongma, Thanks for your sharing. There are different nurses says differnet things, they taught me the different ways but very differnt. One says stop it ont itme, one says stop it gradually. And I pumped it out now, and start to stop it gradually, like to reduce the times first and reduce the Oz later. Anyway, thank you very much for your help.
