我試過煮海鮮,超好味呀﹗
材料係蝦、魚柳同青口適量,南瓜半個,椰漿及蒜容
首先將材料洗淨,用布或紙索乾水份,蝦連殼去腸去頭,頭留用,魚用少許鹽古月粉及蛋白拌勻,青口用少許鹽及古月粉拌勻備用。
起油鑊,爆香蒜容下蝦頭爆香後下水一碗襟蓋焗一陣後蝦頭唔要,落蝦煮一陣再落埋d魚同青口煮至蝦同魚都熟透,落埋適量嘅椰漿,試味攪掂。
