By default, google will store you typed email address. When you want to send email to your friend that you typed before, it will show you their email.

If you want to send most of people and you don't like to type many email, you must use the contact group function.

You may click the "contacts" in google and assign the group name, then select the appropriate person in this group.

Afterwards, you can type the group name that is ok.
