I will go there in this Sunday. Any mami can give comments regarding the environment, air quality, noise, building qquality or property managment etc.

I notice that it is quite near to the hospital and factory. Any mami can help?

唔知你熟唔熟荃灣.

名逸居同醫院 (仁濟), 酒店(panda hotel), 同工廠區只係一街之隔.

行去荃灣或者大窩口mtr都係大約大約10-15分鐘到.

我記得當年去睇樓時, 其中睇到有一個單位係對正panda hotel 隻熊貓個頭的 (panda hotel 外牆有隻大熊貓畫.), 都幾攪野.

11d,

我有親戚住名逸居, 1個住9百幾呎3房, 1個住700呎2房單位,
新樓來說, 地方真係幾實用.
附近環境及空氣麻麻, 大門前面係醫院, 後面係工廠大廈, 不過隔鄰就有悅來酒店附有購物商場.
名逸居管理費好平, 好扺住.

How many mgt fee per month? If I choose the flat facing the school, would it be better?
Ah.. any water leakage problems in there?

如果同荃灣爵悅庭, 翠豐臺, 立坊 & 樂悠居比應該名逸居住得最舒服! 當然首選萬景峰

管理費大約$1.1-1.2, 總之新樓來講好扺啦!
我親戚家前2年試過浴缸喉爆, 攪左一輪. 最近無聽佢講有事.
其中一個親戚係住中層望小學, 景觀都ok, 之前望到少少海景, 不過現在已經遮晒, 如果高層景觀應該仲好.
