1.Can anyone give a comparison between these 2 cities in terms of education, job opportunities and lifestyle? Which city would you prefer as a family?
2. Would you prefer bilingual schools (English & Mandarin) to regular ones? Usually, bilingual schools are sought-after by Chinese, but will the workload in a bilingual school be much more demanding (especially on Chinese homework), and the school culture is more chinese oriented?
3. How much is the agency fee and stamp duty when purchasing a property there? Any other fees?
