呢間公司開ot風氣勁唔勁架?特別係公關或市場部, 有冇人知可以報下料?我見佢地出親post 都話要willing to work long hours/ overtime /on public holiday?係咪真係咁多野做架, 等係d阿頭中意人係度'har'................

The marketing team usually work over time and on every Saturday. I think whether a company worth to work depends on your career goal - you can gain job satisfaction and feel good if you can join a happy team even workload is heavy. Good luck to your job search.

你既講法我當然同意!

不過, 我見而家好多人成日都話每日要留係公司開ot, 但係大部份的人都唔係因為有做唔完的工作, 而係公司文化要係咁, 如果真係咁我會覺得好無聊囉!同埋, 我成日覺得如果一間公司d工作多到d同事成日要超時工作先可以完成的話, 咁究竟係d同事工作能力有問題定係公司工作量同人手編配有問題呢......?

偶然因為趕project要開ot無可厚非, 但係成為一種必然的習慣或風氣就唔健康囉! 公司有冇諗下人的工作效律和士氣會因此而大打折扣........仲有咁樣係嚴重影響員工的身心健康同埋家庭生活的! 其實, 我好欣賞新鴻x以家為主的宣傳推廣主題, 但係同時我又覺得佢地好似係度自打咀巴, 如果個個員工都要為左工作而忽略家庭的話, 咁呢個'家'仲會溫暖嗎?

其實好睇你好唔好彩囉....我以前喺某個部門做admin就唔駛點ot囉....係因為我想返5 day工先至轉囉....如果你係唔介意個個week都返5 day半既, 都可以一試囉~~^^ 祝你好運啦~~

Thanks for your sharing. I understand what you mean and I agree with you. I think it is only worthwhile to work OT because of real needs and not just a gesture to entertain their senior manager. One of my friend told me that her manager unreasonably asked their staff work OT (stay a little longer) even their jobs were finished.

Long working hours, rather common in HK companies, is really badly affecting the personal lifes of HK people. It is a matter of local culture - I envy those people in Europe where they will off after 4 or 5 pm every day!

I didn't really work in SHK but I once served their corporate communications manager and marketing team. I felt these guys were nice to work with and it might means their culture encouraged that. They worked long hours but I felt their working moral seemed good. I think it depends on what department and the supervisor you will be working with. (I am guessing their shopping mall marketing would be super busy as suggested in their recruitment ad).
