Hello,

My husaband and I are PR and now plan to move to aus next year. People tell me that I have to apply PR visa for my kids too since they are born in HK. Do u have any exexperience on that? If I need to certified the true copy formy personal documents for applying visa, do you know whom can do that in HK?

民政事務署咪可以 cert. true copy囉.
不過好似領事館都做到架!?

Hi,

Any lawyer can do the certify true copy to you. I did that for my daughter, the lawyer charged me HK$ 200 per documents.

我睇過澳洲領事館個網站, 寫住可以做.

民政事務署係可以做 cert. true copy, 最緊要係免費o丫嘛!
我d文件全部都係民政事務署做o架!

兩個月前幫阿囝申請citizenship by descent就搵咗我個家庭醫生簽,佢冇收我錢

我以前學校d證書, 要做cert true copy都係咁做.
我好記得, 你要自己影印晒佢, 然後帶正副本去, 去到交晒d文件比佢, 佢會叫你等等, 然後一大班人一齊宣誓.
宣誓完就比返d文件你. 你可以睇睇

Citizenship 可以搵醫生做,不知 PR visa 的文件是否都可以搵醫生做 certified true copy 呢？

Hi Oz mums,

May I ask why you have to certified the true copy in HK? I have my visa application in progress with xeror copies of the certificates, but no one ask me to certify anything... is there something wrong with my agent?

BTW, just bring your copies to the Home Affair Office in HK, ask about the staff there. Then line up and have the oath, that is. I did it before. No advance appointment is needed. (free of charge)
