小妹在網上招聘了一名BUN BUN, 她的合約到明年初才到期, 但她說頂唔順有錢老闆的苛刻, 寧願補一個月都要走如找到新僱主!
請問如請她,
(1) 有什麼地方須注意 (2) 入境處有什麼手續? (3) 有什麼費用要花? (4) 如叫AGENT 代辦, 收費多少? (5) 能否在2周內完成因現在沒有人照顧我18 MONTHS 仔仔!
請各位姐妹多多指教!

好似要返家先架,咁最少都要一個月啦,個個都話老闆唔好架啦,唔係都唔駛走.........咁揀擇既工人我唔會請的...

如果個工人講真話, 我都覺得佢揀工, 咁嚟到你度你會點同佢相處,? 如果有啲事情得唔到共識, 係咪你就佢? 定佢又再broke contract?

Totally agree. But I think there is no guarantee for both new or terminated bun bun. We just try based on her interview result.

1. 工人要先向現僱主辭工, 一個月後, 工人離開香港後, 你才可入表申請請呢個工人 (工人在港係唔可以入表, 會reject你的). 記得要有僱主的release letter.
2. 先去菲菲領事館蓋章. 以前自行申請好快, 3日就得, 而家要耐d, 可能長至一個月; 如果經agent做, 就快d. 你可以自己搵agent問下價, name hire佢收幾錢.
3. 菲領事審核完, 會通知你領回已蓋章文件, 你再轉入Immigration.
4. 然後等VCA No., 有VCA No. 後就入加快信, 之後等Visa.
5. Visa批出後, 連同機票voucher一齊寄比工人, 佢就可以來港履新.

2星期係唔可能架, 最少要6-8星期, 仲要視乎菲菲領事館拖幾耐.

Think about it..if she can fire her boss just after a few months, will she do the same to you? I guess her temper won't be mild especially you need someone to take care a child!

Besides, whoever goes to interview for a new job (even us), of course we want them to hire us, we will try to show our best side to the employers!!

Since I want to terminate my maid until I found a replacement, I interviewed one in person (my friend's maid met her in the boarding house). She was so nice and so gentle. She said her employer lost the job and released her after a year. But when I asked her if I can talk to her boss, she hesistates and said her boss doesn't want anyone to bother her. I felt strange and even my friend's maid felt the same too! Finally she told the other maid that she had a very bad relationship with her boss, so she knew if we talked to her boss we won't hire her!

And I know my existing maid is also looking for a job too! She doesn't realised she is the one always long face, absent minded and lying. But she felt I am the bad guy too!

So please be careful!

I want to point out that:
It means that she has done interview with you behind her employer ( 小妹在網上招聘了一名BUN BUN, 她的合約到明年初才到期, 但她說頂唔順有錢老闆的苛刻, 寧願補一個月都要走如找到新僱主!
=>That means she also did a lot of other things her employer don't allowed her to do!!!!!!!
If I was you, I won't employ her!

If a finished contract / overseas maid has 50/50 chance turns out to be a good maid, then the one you mentioned is less than 50% ...

請問如何協議終止合約? 駛唔駛有 black & white? 要唔要 1 month's notice? Resign or Terminate?

Agree! After considering each mami's advice, I would not confirm to employ her at the current stage and will keep on searching via agent.

my bun bun has been here for only 1.5 month, but she told me yesterday night that she can only work for me for 6mth time, and she will find another employer, reason is she cannot get along well with my indonesian who has been with me for the 2nd contract.

I do have the same feeling that she cannot get along well with my indonesian. but I think she is not capable as well.

I orginially thought that the bun bun need to go back philippine immediately if I fire her, but I was told that they can have 14 days to find a new employer here in HK, which I think is unfair to us.
