救求！
今日係個衰工人生日，佢送左份生日禮物比我。
就係佢今朝走左，大門都唔鎖。
等我呀媽同我2個仔熟睡中，就走左。
帶左幾件衫，同支牙刷。

打左比agent，我跟住應該點做，報警會唔會太早？

如有相，帶埋去差館報佢失蹤（如你怕佢有危險，吾洗等24小時）
叫agent幫你寫終止信交去入境署（不要即時，為免勞工署則疑你有心炒佢，等佢失蹤多兩日先）
以上步驟是我agent教的；兩星期前，我個衰印都走左佬！
Agent話工會D人會教佢地先失蹤，再打比僱主問一D有關出糧或放假問題，再去勞工署告僱主，想屈一筆返老家。
如果佢有致電給你，可能會錄你音，小心說話！

工人走佬最大機會係誣告你炒佢唔補錢, 報咗警起碼有差人磴明呢樣嘢！

Hi all,

Update you all that my maid just come back tonite ard 8p.m. And i have report to Police this afternoon. But the police woman does not write down my case and just tell me it is all her fault. Unless she disappear over 24 hrs, then may do so.. anyhow, i hv written down her PC no. and the time i report to her. I think it's ok kau...

Meanwhile, I called several times to the agent today and checked if she went there. So, the agent also aware that she disappear today.

Finally, the maid come back and she tendered a resignation letter with 30 days notice. And just say sorry for today disappear. She showed me a name card which is NOT my agent. It is some kind of christian assoication. They teach her to do so. I told her I let her sleep here tonight and will bring her to our agent on tmr morning to settle it.

Anything i shall pay attention on tomorrow morning ????????
URGENT ! URGENT !! Thx.

d agent一樣可以係幫工人告僱主, 你要明白當中關係, 工人本身就係agent嘅一件貨, agent賣得錢的, 而工人亦靠agent幫佢揾工, 所以唔可以靠agent！

She wants to work for 30 days as notice.
But because of her misduct, I think we hv to terminate her immediately. But can we ask her to pay back 1 mth salary as compensation ?

摷佢野當然吾arm啦！但你要知佢搞咩，就只可以睇佢收埋D咩！
就算你有無摷佢野，佢都可以屈你偷佢錢，但搵到任何証據(相／財務信等)對自己都有利！佢地寫印尼文，如果吾比agent睇，自己邊識睇喎！

去報警時，警察未必會即時落案，但會叫你去信入境署，呢個係保障僱主，但等佢失蹤多兩日先，就算佢話有突發事，都吾會走開幾日卦！呢D野係agent應該做ga!

SandraLo，工人係agent件貨，但你係agent個老細，agent未必只幫工人，而得失個老細。我識幾個agent都好幫得手ga!
agent對工人行為比較有經驗，呢個時候應該請教下agent!

If you have on hand her resignation letter, you can "ask" if she's willing to leave immediately. She can refuse because she has the right to receive that 30 days' salary.
If that "misconduct" you mentioned is the "leave home" without notice for one day, you need to pay her one month for forcing her to leave immediately.
