想自己搞，有一些問題:

工人除了把合約去領事館外，仲有什麼要交，有人話要Letter of Support?

可否代工人去入境事務署，因唔想俾入息証明佢，有咩文件要預備？

請有經驗者幫忙。

你要交僱主身份證影印本及住址證明(例如水,電,煤)去菲律賓領事館.

另外, 交去入境署的文件是住址證明及入息証明, 你可以將個人資料放入信封內封好, 信封上加張字條, 寫上若退回有關個人資料, 請放回信封內並封好, 叫個工人交去就得. 這樣, 你便不須要同佢一齊去入境署.

我3月份做過, 領事館只係要僱主身份證, 我冇俾影印本個工人, 只係喺領取新合約時我同工人一齊去即時交正本俾領事館職員睇睇, 然後取回已蓋章o既合約.

至於交入境署o既文件包括僱主身份証副本, 住址證明及財務證明, 我個人對將資料放入封好信封內, 由工人交俾入境署做法有所保留, 如何肯定開信封人一定係入境署職員? 就算工人私自開了和封回信封交還, 你又如何得知?

Yes, I go with the maid even the Immigration Officer said this is not necessary to go by my own. But I prefer to bring all my documents by myself instead of the maid, especially important documents.

I finished the whole procedure at same day(collect the issue contract fm Phillippines Consulate & apply the visa for the maid).The date I went to Philippines Consulate to collect the issued contract(I just show my original ID) with my maid at 10:00 am. After a long queue and got the contract, we went to Wanchai Immigration at 11:00 am and finished at 2:30 pm.

P.S.The date is weekday.

to consulate - how many days
to immigration - 4-6 weeks ?
cause I am urgently sign a philippine helper. hope to save days

If your maid didn't join the OWWA before, you may asked to pay the fee which charge you a few hundred. I don't have this experience because my new maid have joined already and I don't need to pay this. According to my old maid, OWWA was optional before but now PHIL GOVT request all oversea helpers must join.
