no la. Now all newly recruited civil servant are being call 3+3, 3 years probation and 3 years contract.....then, civil servant. I heard that the benefit is basically the same but just the "term" or being called as different. Unless the one being employed is tooooooo under performed, or will normally be transferred as civil servant.
For holiday, there will not be so many days. I heard that maximum is 25 days a year and the maximum of days that one could accumulate is 60 days.
Anyway, overtime is usually not expected or only limited amount of OT is expected. Unless you are Administrative Officer (AO) or you are not expected to have so much overtime.
