I can understand your feeling, my GrandMom & GrandFa pasted away 3 years also. My another GrandMom is almost 90 and her health is getting weaker now.
For me, I would try to spend more time to see my GrandMom, for you, please pray to God and ask Him to take care of your GrandMom and release her painful.
Also, you can also pray with your GrandMom together no matter she knows our Lord or not. Sometimes God will give instant peace to the paitience.
Leave your worries and tell your feeling to God. I will also pray for you and your GrandMom.
