it depends the daily work that you need her to do!!
1) what did she do right now?
2) any kids she needs to take care of and how old are they?
3) how many people she needs to take care of at the present employer?
4) any grandparents live with them (so that you will know IF SHE IS ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR KID by herself)
5) some common sense questions, how to prepare Kid's food; what did she cook for kids, etc.
6) why not review contract?
7) is she working happy here?
8) how did she know if the kid is having a fever, etc.
