通常中學畢業或以上, 但是好多時都會選擇中學以上, 因多左好多大專以上 or 大學黎投考.
一定中英流利, 面試時會英文Group discussion(好考個人態度+能力), 會外語更好。(會即場考, 好多人亂話自己識博大霧 )
家陣因有歧視法, 航空公司唔會話幾歲以上唔請, 不過個別公司會請有小朋友, 或30+, 並且有經驗嘅空姐。
地勤嘅要求差不多, 比較請空姐有小朋友比較易d, 要shift.
外面有d話課程教考航空公司, 實際上大機構 面試技巧都差不多, 做好準備工作就得。
果時我會準備哂d文件,證件copies set with file, 個 reception 仲話好好, 後來先知佢係 one of interviewer.
到我做 interviewer 時, 仲會試試坐 Receiption 檯, 睇吓哋人嘅真面目, 每次都肥好多人架...

• Previous Airline, customer service / hospitality experience an advantage

以香港最大果間航空公司參考..

兩份工都係冇設最大年齡.. + f.5 畢業..

反而空姐會有退休年齡, 45歲, 雖然依家工會努力爭取延長但入職時合約已簽訂.. 而所見呢間公司會請到30幾歲..

地勤就冇規定退休年齡, 入職要求比空姐低, 起碼冇 arm reach requirement, 不過就多數請岩岩畢業 or 外國留學 or 工作經驗唔多既人..

呢兩份工流失率大經常請人..
