Beecroft next to Cheltenham, i was lived in epping and west pennant hills for more than 15 years, to me...most of the property in Beecroft are quiet old, some of them are colonial style which is historical building, Beecroft area is bit humid as there are lots of trees cover to the area, property price is expensive as well.
Beecroft public is quiet good, and Cheltenham girls high is good as well.
