I don't know about the kowloon side, but I know there is a church in Hong Kong Island (Sai Yan Poon) have branch in Fremont.

I remember that you said your husband live in San Leandro/San Lorenzo, right? I know that there is a church in Castro Valley have Cantonese Worship. Let me know if you want to know where, then you may try that one when you come over to visit your husband.

try to look for Chinese Alliance church ("suen tao wui") as they're big and have many locations worldwide.

your question is interesting. why are you looking for church from Kowloon? i guess. denomination is more important. are you looking for church in bay area? which part is more convenient for you?

Thanks HappyMatt. Sai Yan Poon is too far away from my HK home but I want to know the name of the Church so that I can check to Sai Yan Poon branch to see if they has Kowloon side branches. Is the Cantonese speaking Church use traditional Chinese, simplied Chinese or English bible? I want to have continuity in this respect, otherwise my little boy will be too small to accustom the changes.

My husband is planning to move from San Lorenzo to San Ramon coz San Lorenzo is a place that lower than the normal sea level, so easier to have flooding than other areas. He said he don't afraid of earthquake coz all houses in California are made of wood but he is afraid of tsuinami.

Hi Gunsou,

I just follow my friends to their churches. I like listening to the concepts, theories on conducts and Christian stories. I believe we can have better spirit development if my family members go there. But frankily speaking, I don't know much about denomination.

San Ramon will be more convenient as we are planning to move there.

I think the church name is 般福堂 (sorry, not 100% sure), is a small church.

The chinese church in Castro Valley is using traditional chinese. Most people was from Hong Kong. They have 2 "po po" take care of young kids during worship, and have children worship at the same time.

Moving to San Ramon ... "ho ah"!! Then I have new neighbor la. When will your hubby move ah?
