Renewed house for rent by what way is faster, better?
I dont' know how to rent out a house faster and better. Please give me some ideas!
1. Self rent, through newspapers advertisement?!
2. Through agents;
3. Through bankers;
My renewed house is a small flat in at/near the good schools location of Kowloon tony district. It is professionally renewed up to good standard.
Good location, very convenient with good management fafety enough to go in/out.

Better through an agent, they will highlight the goodness of your flat. They know what steps should be taken afterward, and other detail. Further, their agent fee are negoitable. Not A Fixed % by law!!! Good luck.
