Sorry can't type chinese in office but is urgent since already asked Whirlpool to come for repair on Sat morning.
The water doesn'tleak out after the wash. I have already cleaned the filter but still. This washer is 7 yrs old and come with the new house (from developer), is a 前置式. Whirloop says the inspection and labor charge is $390 plus parts (if is the pump, need $7xx for a new one). Do you recommend to buy a new one or repair it. How much to buy a new one and what brand suggest. We usually don't dry the clothes with dryer function.
I think it is wiser to buy a new one. 7 years is long enough.
My first washing machine (Brandt) broke down after about eight years. The pump did not work and water spilled out all over the place. I paid more than $1300 for the inspection and replacement of parts, but the machine broke down again after one year, due to different problem.
What did you mean by "the water doesn't leak out?" Did you mean the water still stay in the machine after washing? I had similar experience with my second Brandt. It had something to do with the timer, which was expensive to replace. I did replace it and it last for several years.
