I'm also a single mum from last year. Now my case is still not completed and we have completed 4 cases from court and will have a further court at end of Aug. We settled the child will be given to me and the divorced was completed but now we still have the discussion on the maintainance amount for me and the child and the property. I just worried the house that he has the half-share of the property and not sure if the court will decide to buy out the house and we get the half only. I almost used my money to continue the court case. and i'm pressured to continue my daily life everyday and the 3-year old son.
Please give me some advice how much can I get if we both have the same amount of monthly salary and C6 is a civil servant. Can I apply for auto-pay from the government treasury dept ? Is there any chance that I can get the half-share of the property? Of course I'm also the listed name of the property.
