Time from application to Indo Consulate for passport renewal, to collection of new passport (clipped to old passport) = approx 1 week
Cost of Indo passport renewal = HK$60, usually paid by yanyan.
Then you need to fill in a form and she needs to fill in another form, submit to HK Imm Dept = extension of DH visa
Needs to wait for 1 session in HK Imm Dept for collection of extended DH visa in new passport, after employer pays $160 for visa fees.
Actual expiry date of new (extended) DH visa in new passport depends on whether she still needs to depart HK and go either to Indonesia (proper home leave) or for a trip to Macau (same day return, just to get the valid visa until end of contract).
