Part Time Receptionist
Requirements:


Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate parties

Greet and escort guests and visitors

Provide general support to Admin and HR departments including stationery control, office supplies, attendance and leave record keeping, contract preparation and other supporting duties

Working schedule from 1:00pm to 6:00pm, Mondays to Fridays and alternative Saturday (from 8:30am to 12:30pm).


Requirements


Form 5 or above with minimum 2 years relevant working experience

Excellent telephone manner, customer service and interpersonal skill

Well-organized, independent and detail-oriented

Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Proficiency in using MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

*Fresh graduates and summer job will not be considered
