agree! but there is another point to note... ... my maid is 22 years old and she had 5 younger brothers and sisters in her family. She knows how to take care of toddlers and babies because she had helped her mother a lot. However, still as a single woman, she has no experience as a mother anyway. My new maid is 24 years old and she has a 4-year-old son. Although she has a son, she does not know how to play with kids and make them happy. I think it all depends on whether the maid has 'heart' and 'love for baby/child'...
