• Handle daily routine administration reporting
• Assist in reception duties like handle phone calls and courier
• Handle customers’ enquiries from Hotline in a professional manner
• Assist in promoting companies full range of products/services
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management
  

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above with administration or customer service experience preferably
• Mature, pleasant, flexible, systematic, attentive to details with self-motivated personalities and strong problem solving mind
• A good team player with good communication skill and willing to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
  

Location: Kwun Tong

Salary: 12-14K

Working hours: 10-7 (Mon - Fri)

Bank holiday, 10 days AL, Medical (include Dental), Bonus, MPF
