申請人(即我老公)現家同我一齊係到, BB同老公都有加藉,想申請配偶移民一齊搬返vancouver.
請問老公洗5洗一定要係加拿大有工做緊先可以申請我? 我地5想分開

As long as you can show you have enough financial support, that's fine, i.e. the balance of the bank account meets CIC expectation.

Not sure, but I think at least CAD$200,000 which is reasonable

Sponsor of course, sponsor needs to show can support financially without applying social welfare

Here is from CIC website for your reference:

To be a sponsor you must:
- agree in writing to give financial support to your relative, if they need it
- for a spouse or partner, this lasts for three years from the date they
become a permanent resident, and
- for a dependent child, this lasts for 10 years, or until the child turns 25,
whichever comes first.
