You hv to pay , hk$100 for yr home to airport, plus Manila airport to ur home! If she say hk$100 give to case close! U must tell her to write u a note that is the transportation fee !

That's not correct.She is entitled $100 per day from HK to her home, wherever it is.
But for example, if she takes evening flight to Manila, and has to take bus/flight from Manila to her home the next day, then you need to give her $200 for two days.
But if she takes morning flight, and can connect to the next flight or bus to her home on the SAME day, then you only need to give her $100.
Actually i dont mind give more if she is a good helper. But if she is not good, then let's sit down and talk about HK Labor regulations, not the Phillipines consulate regulations.
You can talk to the HK Labor hotline 1823. I always call to make sure what I did is always legal. Sometimes I even call together with my helper so she can hear herself too.
Labour department said lets say today we give her 100hkd and go to Hk airport then today have flt and if arrive tml then tml need give her 100 more , if arr today same day no need
