全職：10-6 $10000-$13000，五天工作

Duties:
  • Provide customer services for online retail customers
  • Follow up customers orders and handle their enquiries
  • Manage order processing cycle with other departments
  • Provide after-sales services for customers when required

Requirements:
  • Associate Degree / Higher Diploma / Degree graduates
  • SOLID experience in Online Retail / eBay is preferred
  • Good command of English and Cantonese is a MUST
  • Fluent ORAL German / Dutch / Russian is preferred
  • Knowledge of Photographic products is a PLUS
  • Customer-oriented and detail-minded and independent
  • Good team player who is able to do multi-tasks
  • Fresh graduates / Less experiences will also be considered
  • Immediate available
