I hv a good experience.
Before I had a phil maid, I hired a part-time 國內工人 every few weeks. I didn't know it is illegal actually! She was my mom's friend's relatives, she made me satisfied more than my existing maid and even all the part-time workers I had hired before. Because she is really good, now she has a stable full time job (i.e. full day on every Mon, Wed and Fri but no overnight) and many many "bookings" on the rest of the week, even though all the employers are notified it is illegal.
