2. Your tax bill - you only need to present this to HK Imm Dept. No need to present to Indo Consulate. So if you go with your Indo DH to HK Imm Dept (to submit the application form for extension of working visa for DH) the DH will not see your tax bill.

Ans. : 1 month before contract due.
If your Indo DH arrived in HK on 10 July 2002, then you should call Indo Consulate for interview on 10 June 2004.

But I have learnt from some BK mummies lately that (probably owing to there being lots of public holidays in Jan and Apr, and many employers are renewing contracts without going through agents nowadays), the date of interview is very close to contract expiry date.
You can actually try to call up Indo Consulate son say 1 June to see if they agree to fix appointment date with you. If not, call them up on 10 June.

Anyways, even if the appointment is fixed on 5 July in your case, don't panic. The Indo Consulate should be able to complete their stamping of the new contract in a few days, and on the day they say you can collect it back, you can go to HK Imm Dept right away and complete HK visa extension during the same day (you need to spend around 1 hr 30 mins at Imm Dept). Of course, you must have ALL papers ready.

(In my case, my appointment date was 2 Oct 2003, and I could collect the stamped, new DH contract on 7 Oct 2003, and completed visa extension at HK Imm Dept during lunchtime on 7 Oct.)

If your Indo DH plans to take home leave immediately upon 1st contract expiry, you only need to make a booking with travel agency, but not issue it yet.

No need to show air ticket to both Indo DH / HK Imm Dept, so no need to issue air ticket before going to Indo Consulate.

I also want to know that the renewal not through agent. For the furture, if my maid make any trouble thing then I will no agent to help me to follow anything?

The Indo Consulate staff who talked to us during the interview also stated / reminded us that : if in future any problems arise between my Indo DH and myself, we will have to deal with it directly ourselves.

But in my case, I have never received any form of help from an agent except for application processing, I had always had to deal with my DHs directly myself, so this point was not relevant.

Anyway, if you trust your Indo DH enough to renew another contract with her, I feel that you should trust her that there would not be any form of "problems" with the maid.
Otherwise, you can choose NOT to renew contract with her, whether or not it is done through an agent.

按你上述，如果我個工人係八月到期，但她十二月才可放假返印尼，屆時續約是否不用提供機票的資料給入境處和領使館？

你個印印2004年八月到期，七/八月續約時，不用提交機票資料。最多要在入境處working visa 申請表內，填報是:
a 完舊約後即回鄉度假才再來履行新約，抑或
b 完舊約後x月才回鄉度假(但必須12個月內)，及列明理由。
詳情請看該表格。

印印2004年12月才回鄉度假，完全無問題。約2004年10月去book機票便成。
