I apologize for the long message, but let me speak about my maid.

My Indonesian maid (around 33 y.o., married, 2 kids 7 & 10 y.o.) has worked in our home for 5 months, she has been taking care of my son (now 4 1/2 months) since he was born (I breast fed my son with formula supplement until he was 1 1/2 month, then all bottle feedings, my maid was responsible for all his bottle feedings). She is very patient and caring with my baby and she is a very honest and responsible person although she is not very smart. She maintains a well satisfactory standard with cleaning, cooking and other household chores but sometimes she is a little slow and forgetting (which I can live with as long as she is good handling the baby). She does not have mobile phone and so far I have not found her borrowing money.

We are terminating her contract because my husband do not get along with her since one time she moved our loudspeaker and my husband got very angry at her. Ever since our relationship has not been well and I feel like I was caught between them . I do not want to let go of her because I see that she is very good with my baby and she has seen my bb since birth, but I have to respect my husband's decision :-(.

Since my son is very 扭奶, many times she stays up until very late night to put him to sleep before she goes to bed herself (she has her own room), and she often checks on my bb when he cries in the middle of the night. She feeds my baby on the morning bottle which is around 5.30am - 6.30am. On Sunday she also help me with the 10.30am bottle before she goes out because we wake up very late , and she feeds him for the last bottle which is around 10.30pm after she comes home. She comes home before 9.30pm on Sunday and would do simple chores (empty garbage, wash dishes, boil water, make beddings, feed baby...etc.), then feed the baby and put him to sleep.

I promised to help her find a new employer because she has been good, only that sometimes people don't get along.

Her cooking is average, below are some simple dishes that she can make :
- 滑旦牛肉, 牛肉炒菜
- 炆/鹵水牛展, 節瓜海參炆排骨
- 皮旦浸莧菜, 蒸水旦
- 芥棘雞搥, 蒸"yim"焗雞翼, 煎雞亦
- 蒸肉餅with salted egg
- 茄汁蝦錄, 蝦膠 / 帶子蒸豆付, 蝦人蔥花炒旦
- 白灼蝦, 蒸魚, 煎紅衫魚
- 煎雞扒, 洋蔥豬扒, 豉椒蒸排骨
- 翠玉瓜秀珍菇炒肉片
Soup :
- 豬展青紅羅白 / 豬展百合海底椰
- 蕃茄紅羅白紅衫魚
- 懷山紀子花膠瘦肉雞
- 莞茜皮旦滾魚肉
- 五花茶, 夏枯草, 金銀花 & 開奶茶 (I buy from Chinese herbal shop, and tell her to boil in fish bag with cane sugar).

My new maid should arrive around July, so I can release my old maid around June / July. If your friend's 係10月頭生bb, maybe she can start the application in July (which takes around 2 months, I think she has to return to Indonesian first, but I am not sure about the details), I can let your friend know once I have confirmed arrival date of my new maid.

Hello 各位媽媽,

I posted a message in May to help my Indonesian maid to look for a new employer (please see my previous message), and some moms had expressed interest in her.

I just want to let you all know that I have received notice from HK immigration for my new maid's visa, and I shall release my current Indonesian maid by the end of June.

If anyone is still intersted please PM me, I will send further details.

I am not an agent, but as I said I am really reluctant to let her go because she is a kind person and takes good care of my bb, I would like to help her to look for a new employer. So far she has been very good and has not made any big mistakes.

Hello 欣欣_媽咪,

Because I hired my maid through the agent, I am really not sure of the procedure if your friend wants to hire the maid without going through the agency's services. I suppose she should inquire with HK immigration dept. of the proper steps to take. The agency fee I paid when hiring this maid was around $2xxx.

Below are my agent's contact detail if your friend requires. My agent is 碧圖僱佣, in HungHom, you can contact Thomas Chan at Tel: 2330-5008, or Mr. Cheung at 9212-3105. My maid's name is AJENG RUKMINI (Indonesian). Please contact the agent directly for her profile or arrange an interview with her, the maid is off on Sunday.

I will officially release her as soon as the new maid confirms arrival date, which should be in 2-3 weeks.
