It's ok ... We also live in a not-so-convenient area (kinda sub-urban). There's only a Safeway store within a mile, so it's like a monopoly in our neighborhood! Even for shopping at the other non-Chinese stores, it takes at least 15 mins. each way.
Anyway, we don't plan to move out of the Bay Area in the near future, but I just wanna "8 8" ...
Just curious ... How much can I expect from rental income of a $400-500K house in the Chino Hills area?
