by the face of the story, i dont think the maid is good. As bun bun is fond of telling lies and use all sort of excuses against their employer if they dont like the work. Also, the maid knows how to make complaint to the immigration so what sort of other things she can do. I assume she is all the time arguing with you about her rights and entitlements but not fulfilling hers at the same time. This is one of the typical characteristics of bun bun nowadays.
a dream maid that everybody will want to get. But by my experience, just the point that the maid will complain to the immigration or other relevant authority, the maid already had bad peers and is the type of arguing with you all the time her rights and entitlements. She is no real good. Bun buns are here for a long time and they are 'establised' in hk, they know which are favoured by the employers and which are not so when they attended for the interview or finding another employer, they know what to 'sell' and what to 'hide'.
I am not saying that what you say is not true but i have reservations on what your maid tell you about the story of her 'friends'. May be your maid is also 'fooled' by her friends.
at least two types of maid, by my experience, are not good ones :
(a) unfinished contract maid
(b) maid that threat to/or have intention to claim their employer
It seemed to me that the maid posted here fall within the above two categories. For those that expressed interests, they really need to carefully consider their position. It is 'easy' to employ a maid but it is a difficult decision to terminate the contract as it will cause a lot of disturbance and may invite you unnecessary trouble. Some may say it will try our luck to find good maid. However, dont try your luck in a situation as this. There are plently of choices out there.
