This helper disappeared after 3 moths works at my house. After she shows up again, we settled her payment already. We don\'t actually need to pay any thing cause she break the contract. We are mercy that we didn\'t claim her for her disappear, now she is claiming us to the labour department. What a CRAZY story!!!

I know she is seeking for a new employer, or have already go to a new employer, for those who might be the next victim，BE CAREFUL!!!

After she shows up again, we settled her payment already
employer 1 need to report to immigration + 2. claim file in labour dep.

now, she is claiming us to the labour department, first
and you also claiming her to in labour dept. later.

understand maid game
every maid who break contract will claim to labour dept.
if success she get extra money from you. asssume employer fair, no time, afraid going to labour dept.
if employer smart, she didnt get any, no loss too.... .

Thanks for ur reply.
We treat her so good before and after she\'s gone I found some of my stuff are missing. I feel that i realy need to take actions for justice, but i don\'t know how to claim her exactly cause I\'m new here in HK.
