我剛請工人, 我想問下如果佢做滿一年有7日大假, 佢要返菲律賓, 我地要出$買來回機票比佢嗎??

Don't do it. She should take the holiday back to Phil until contract finish and you give her a return ticket if she continues to work for you.

Otherwise, she has to pay herself for just work for one year. Your maid only entitle to have one return ticket for one contract.
