My 工人 (IND) work for me 8 months. As I didn't
expect a lot, so she is still o.k, she only cook for us and clean my home, as my 99 come my home everyday to take care my son (22 months).

In coming Sep, my son will study N1 for full day. So
in the moring 8:30AM I will bring my son to school
as school is very close to my office. So 工人 will very free (8:30am - 4:30PM), and only will help to pick up my son from school after 4:30PM and make dinner
for us. At night time I will take care my son by myself, as my son sleep with me together.
I'm consider still need 工人 or not. If not, then I may ask 99 pick up my son from school everyday.

As every month I paid at $3480 for her, just for pick up my son from school + dinner only. of course she will clean my home.
But if I hire a part time every week to clean my home, then of course will cheaper.

I'm very headach now.

If my mother in law can go to my home everyday, i will not hire the maid. For me, my son go to school everyday from 8:00-5:30, my maid stay at home for the whole day by herself, but due to no one can help me to pick up my son, so i need to hire the maid.
if i were u, i will pay $3500 for your mother in law if she will help you to do the housework, dinner & pick up your son. Actually, she needs to take care you son when your son sick (touch wood) or school holiday.
The salary of part time local maid is $50/ hr, so i think give her at least $3500 is reasonable, coz she is your mother in law, u dont need to think she will hurt your son.

Hi,

如果單看來說可不用, 但當開學後, 會有很多突發嘢是估計不到, 例如天氣問題, 好像黑色或紅雨警告, 不需上學, 再者你可能在假期湊山湊入(興趣班),另一方面學校又話突然傳染Sick 停課, 現在學校發燒又唔比番學, 你可以話99 幫到, 但現在輔助性質就容易,全職時候可能不是那樣的

再者, 家中又要煮飯, 清潔, 可以是做到, 但又沒有了親子時間, 隨著他們長大及讀書, 我寧可將時間比晒小朋友

如果環境許可, 工人工作態度可以就要留下, 現在要找個好工人還比中六合彩更難

同意, 因有很多突發事件, bb都會放summer hoilday,
有個人在家是好些

開學後, 會有很多突發嘢是估計不到, 例如天氣問題, 好像黑色或紅雨警告, 不需上學, 另一方面學校又話突然傳染Sick 停課, 現在學校發燒又唔比番學, ... Yes, my 99 can help to handle it. As now my 99 almost 100% take care my son, and she not allow 工人 take care of my son. That is the reason why I think no need 工人.and my C6 also didn't like my 工人.
But I also consider 家中又要煮飯, 清潔, 可以是做到, 但又沒有了親子時間...........
So I don't know how to make decision.

I also have the same problem. My BB will go to N1 in August. I live near my mother. But I am afraid my mother will be very tired if she needs to take care of my BB after school and prepare dinner. But actually there is nothing for the maid to do at home. She will have a lot of free time.

咁你奶奶係咪同你一齊住呀?

俾我, 我會要工人架
因為, 星期六日要我全職湊仔, 我完全無晒自己的時間, 阿仔早起身, 我又要早起身, 跟住洗衫晾衫掃地拖地煮野食洗碗幫阿仔沖涼.........完全係辛苦! 仲未計要洗廁所廚房喎....

我做左兩年幾阿四, 決定請工人

我奶奶平日同我住, 佢湊當然係放心, 但係, 我都覺得辛苦囉! 因為佢幫唔到我湊星期六日嘛. 同埋, 好多清潔野又唔想叫佢做, 唔通叫佢擒高幫我抹燈咩....

請左工人, 屋企乾淨左好多, 我覺得好好喎
就算第二日阿仔真係返全日 , 我都覺得有工人好D

仲有要考慮一樣野, 你奶奶身體好無先? 我奶奶成日病架, 一病, 我又要 CALL媽咪從老遠過來幫我睇仔, 好煩架. 有時99又話想打下麻雀, 又要叫我媽咪來頂更,....講真, 話就一聲啫, 但係, 都係煩呀. 我寧願有一個工人係屋企囉. 如果經濟負擔到的話

俾我都會keep住要工人, 因為真係好多突發事, 成日都唔須要番學, 就算要, 都成日可能要接番去走咁. 加上如果俾99湊, 佢一定"仲"你個仔的. 俾我會要工人, 不過就會轉另外一個, 因為你老公都唔鍾意佢, 你地又跟本都唔放手俾工人湊小朋友, 不如找過一個你覺得佢ok, 識湊小朋友o架啦, 俾佢試下, 有你99係到唔怕佢打你個仔, 加上佢都22個月大, 可以表達自己好多o野了, 如果個人對佢唔好, 你一定知道的.

小叭係06年12月5日出世時重3.23kgs,1個月4.55kgs,2個月6.40kgs,3個月7.72kgs,4個月8.20kgs,5個月8.80kgs, 6個月10.00kgs, 7個月9.55kgs, 8個月10.00kgs, 9個月10.16kgs, 10個月10.45kgs, 11個月10.91kgs
(4個月第一次反身, 5個月坐, 8個半月爬, 9個半月出牙(上面兩只),10個月出牙(上面兩只)12個月7只牙, 11.81 kgs

細叭係09年1月26日出世, 體重6磅半.
4個半月轉身, 5個月識坐, 7個半月出第一只牙(下面)
