I have been living here for 3.5 years. I do like the scene and the environment very much. Of course, the transportation is not really convenient.
When I move in, I have changed all the pipes and so I don't encounter the problem about water quality.
It is a greate idea to form groups of studying for our kids, and my daughter is almost 4 years old. (I am now looking for private female swimming tutor to teach her.) Do pm me for the details so that we can keep in touch.
(since i am a working mum, i may response to your pm later.)
I live in Phase 3. There is a park/平台 here and my daughter is always riding tricycle or playing bubbles there. Sometimes, we will take a walk at the riversides on Sat/Sun morning. And there is a swimming pool and not really crowded.
I sometimes get on the 濱景 bus to cityone. They do not check if you are the resident of 濱景.
I am very pleased to see all of your responses here.
I have a male private swimming coach who is teaching my daughter and son right now. He is a very nice man. My eight years old daughter finished free style, back stroke. She is learning frog style at the moment. My six year old son is learning breathing under the water and free style at the moment. He can swim about about 10m. They are both doing 1:1 at the moment. If anyone with samilar standard, welcome to group together with my kids. The cost can be shared. 1 hour price is HK$200. So 1:2 is HK$100 each.
It is a pity that my girl is a bit small (almost 4 years old) and she does not learn swimming before. If she is at the same standard as your son, they can join together lar.
Maybe later. Thank you anyway for sharing the info.
If you want to try my coach, you may ask him doing half an hour 1:1 with you daughter. But personally, I think female coach is better for small girl. My daghter followed a female coach last year in 濱景 for ten lessons. This lady is also nice. Her price is HK$280 per hour. If you want her contact number, I will pm it for you.
